Our company made a transition towards a more Agile Scrum organization with the help of Amarja. Amarja is an Agile Coach that made a difference by focusing on the people first. That is her strength. Combine this with her warm personality and a good helicopter view and you got all ingredients for a Culture / Agile coach. I was lucky enough to work with her during our time together in my role as Product Owner.
